This sublime and tranquil cinnamon plantation is located in the famous Ambalangoda, a coastal town where you will find beautiful white sandy beaches. The plantation is 12 acres is in extent and it’s a fully grown cinnamon cultivation which is about 5 years old. The annual yield of the plantation is more than 2400kg. But you could increase this yield up to 450kg per acre with professional guidance by a local agricultural investor. As a second crop, the owner has planted about 100 coconut trees that produce more than 12000 nuts annually.

There is a two-bedroom villa in the middle of the plantation with electricity and well water. And in the tropical garden of the villa, you could see many tropical trees like jack, banana, avocado, local oranges, etc. The neighbouring plantations, rice paddy fields, and forest reserves have given this plantation a truly tranquil setting free of disturbing noises.
